Mental Health is Important Every Month
October is mental awareness month along with Breast Cancer Awareness and Domestic Awareness. What we forget is to say every month should be health wellness month. We need to do more focus on health awareness every month. This starts with you!
Sometimes we forget to set time aside to digress! That means distance yourself from anything and everyone that is causing you stress. Go on a trip alone, that is perfectly fine. Treat yourself to a dinner and movie, buy yourself those shoe, that outfit, or go to that event. Doing this once every three months is a great start to health management. Some of us just need to cry and thats ok too.
The bible says in "Philippians 4:13
“I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.”
Find your strength is the most high and let him guide you. His word says

Jesus Is the Light of the World 12 Then Jesus again spoke to them, saying, "I am the Light of the world; he who follows Me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the Light of life.
Don't let the trials of the world dem the light of the Lord which he has placed in you. Sometimes we have to move out our own way and let God be who he is. I hope you understand that you are loved and the most important love is self health. That means when you love you , you take care of you first. This is your responsibility alone. No one is responsible for your personal mental health only you! Stop giving people who didn't create you the task to take care of you!
Release self woo and replace it self worth! Replace I can't with I will! Replace why me with I deserve better! My way isn't the best way but it is a start. Believe in you and take care of yourself.
